Official Terms and Conditions for the Hurrdat Sports Hole-in-One Raffle Prize at the 2025 Pinnacle Bank Championship

Welcome to the Hurrdat Hole in One Contest drawing (the “Contest”). Hurrdat, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Hurrdat”) is proud to sponsor the seventeenth hole of The Pinnacle Bank Championship (the “Tournament”). As part of our sponsorship, Hurrdat has decided to offer Tournament participants some extra excitement. In the event that any Tournament golfer gets a hole in one on the seventeenth hole during the third (3rd) or fourth (4th) round of play, on either Saturday, the 9th Day of August 2025, or Sunday, the 10th Day of August 2025 (the “Eligible Dates”), we will randomly select one entrant to this Contest who will receive Ten Thousand and no/100 US Dollars ($10,000.00) (the “Prize”), as further provided herein. If first or second round play scheduled for Thursday, the 7th Day of August 2025 or Friday, the 8th Day of August 2025, goes into either Saturday, the 9th Day of August 2025, or Sunday, the 10th Day of August 2025, a hole-in-one from either the first (1st) or second (2nd) round of play is not eligible for the contest or prize. The Contest is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility. The Contest is open to all Tournament participants aged of nineteen (19) or older. All Contest entrants must sign up at the tee box of the seventeenth hole during any day of Tournament play. Only one entry is allowed per person over the course of the Tournament. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Entrants that provide incomplete, fraudulent, or erroneous information may be disqualified from participation in the Contest.

2. Rules. By participating, each entrant (i) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, (ii) warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these terms and conditions, (iii) acknowledges that a Prize shall only be issued in the event that at least one Tournament participant achieves a hole in one during the Eligible Dates, and (iv) agrees to accept the results of the randomly selected winner of the Prize in the event that a hole in one is achieved by a Tournament participant on the Eligible Dates.

3. Prize and Notification. The award of a Prize shall be contingent on any one or more Tournament participants achieving a hole in one on the seventeenth hole of Indian Creek Golf Course during open play of the Tournament on the Eligible Dates. If no Tournament participant achieves this feat, no Prize shall be awarded. For the avoidance of doubt, even in the event that more than one Tournament participant achieves a hole in one on the seventeenth hole on one or more Eligible Dates, only one Prize shall be awarded. Any hole in one must be achieved on the Tournament participant’s first stoke on the seventeenth hole, and no mulligans or second shots shall count for purposes of Prize award eligibility. In the event that a Tournament participant does obtain a hole in one on the seventeenth hole on an Eligible Date, the Prize shall be awarded to a random entrant to the contest. The Prize is Ten Thousand and no/100 US Dollars ($10,000.00), to be paid by check to the winner upon receipt of any tax documents reasonably required or requested by Hurrdat from the winner. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. The winner of the Prize shall be announced by on Monday, August 11th during Hurrdat Sports Live programming. Any Prize awarded under this Contest shall be non-transferrable.

4. Odds. In the event that a Tournament participant achieves a hole in one on the seventeenth hole on an Eligible Date, the Prize recipient will be randomly selected from amongst all eligible Contest entrants. Odds of winning are determined by the overall number of eligible Contest entries received. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a hole in one by a Tournament participant on an Eligible Date, the Prize shall be randomly awarded to a random entrant of the total population of entrants, and not necessarily to the participant who obtained the hole in one. The participant who obtains the hole in one, if an entrant to the Contest, shall have the same eligibility and winning odds as any other entrant to the Contest.

5. Winner Selection. Hurrdat will use a software program to collect required entrant information. This software contains a feature to randomly select an entrant from all entrants catalogued via the software. In the event that the circumstances under which the Prize will be issued are met (as otherwise provided herein), Hurrdat will utilize the software’s random selection feature to select the Prize winner. Beyond selection of the software (and except for exclusion of any entrant for cause for violation of these terms and conditions), Hurrdat will not exercise any control, influence, discretion, or say in the software’s random selection of a winner.

6. Claiming of Prize. Any Prize awarded during this contest must be claimed by the Prize winner within thirty (30) days of the announcement of the Prize’s winner as provided in Section 3 hereof. In the event that the Prize is not claimed within such thirty (30) day period, Hurrdat shall be permitted to randomly select a replacement winner using the same or substantially similar methods as stated in Section 5 hereof.

7. Applicable Law. All federal, state, and local laws shall apply to the Contest. The Contest is void where prohibited.

8. Disqualification. Hurrdat reserves the right to disqualify for cause any entrant that fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

9. No Liability. Hurrdat assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any Prize awarded in any contest. Hurrdat, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any contest or Prize awarded in the Contest.

10. Entries. All entries and information contained therein are the property of Hurrdat. Hurrdat reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including entrant submissions, for its own business purpose (including marketing, editorials, and any other purposes not prohibited by applicable law). Contact information for Contest participants will be required and collected, and all names of the contest winners and participants may be documented and kept on file by Hurrdat.

11. Amendment. Hurrdat reserves the rights to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the Contest at any time.
