The Nebraska Cornhuskers take the win over the UCLA Bruins on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, in Pasadena, California, 28-21.
In the first quarter, the Huskers scored the first touchdown with a pass to Jacory Barney Jr. from TJ Lateef. TJ had his first start against the Bruins.
In the second quarter, the Bruins answered with a one-yard run. The Huskers came back with two more touchdowns. A 56-yard pass and a one-yard run, both completed by Emmett Johnson. Going into halftime, the Huskers led 21-7.
In the third quarter, the Huskers continued scoring with a 40-yard pass to Emmett Johnson. The Bruins came back with another two touchdowns. A 45-yard pass to Anthony Woods and a 9-yard pass to Anthony Frias.
Huskers hold off the Bruins 28-21.
