Nebraska women’s basketball ran away from Bradley in the last three quarters to dispatch the Braves 92-53 and improve to 8-0 on the season Wednesday night at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
The Huskers dished out 26 assists on 37 field goals and scored 56 points in the paint to offset a cold shooting night from the perimeter. Sophomore Britt Prince continued her torrid start to the season, leading five players in double figures with 17 points on 7-of-9 shooting (2-of-3 from 3), five assists and four rebounds. Junior Jessica Petrie added a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Up next for Nebraska is a dip into Big Ten play as the Huskers will head to Penn State on Saturday for a noon CT tipoff.
