We will celebrate standout performances on the court and exceptional leadership on the sidelines with the winners being announced at the NEBPreps Basketball Awards Show on March 24, 2025, at Hurrdat Sports Bar in Papillion.

The NEBPreps Basketball Awards will highlight:

  • Player of the Year for each class in both boys and girls basketball.
  • Borsheim’s Big Game Chain Player of the Year, recognizing the most electrifying performances of the season witnessed by the Hurrdat Sports team.
  • Coach of the Year, as voted by the public, honoring the boys and girls basketball coaches who have gone above and beyond in leading their teams both on and off the court.

Your Vote Matters

Fans will play a key role in the selection process, with public votes being combined with the expert insights of the NEBPreps panel to determine this year’s winners. The public is invited to submit their picks for Coach of the Year, recognizing those who have made a lasting impact on their programs through leadership, development, and success.
