Nik Graves capped an 11-1 finish with a game-winning 3 as Creighton men’s basketball rallied from a nine-point deficit with 90 seconds to play to beat Seton Hall 69-68 at CHI Health Center Omaha Saturday night.
The win snapped a three-game losing streak for the Bluejays (13-11, 7-6 Big East).
Isaac Traudt hit a career-high six 3-pointers to tie his career high of 18 points, Josh Dix played 38 minutes and scored 16 points three days after losing his mom to cancer, Fedor Žugić hit two big 3s late to finish with a career high-tying 13 points and Jasen Green chipped in 11 points, seven rebounds, four steals and two blocks.
Sophomore Austin Swartz did not play in the game because of an ankle injury suffered against Georgetown, but the Jays still knocked down 13 3-pointers without their top marksman.
Up next, the Bluejays will hit the road again to visit DePaul on Wednesday night.
