No. 1 Nebraska volleyball swept Long Island 25-11, 25-15, 25-17 to open NCAA Tournament play Friday night at the Devaney Center.

The Huskers’ starting middle blockers, Andi Jackson and Rebekah Allick, combined for 20 kills on a .792 hitting percentage and nine blocks. Jackson set a school postseason record for hitting percentage in a match while the team as a whole hit .476, setting a new program postseason record during the rally-scoring era.
