Creighton men’s basketball survived an offensive rebounding onslaught throughout and flurry of 3s late to take down Butler 89-85 at CHI Health Center Omaha Tuesday night.
The win was Creighton’s fourth in a row, improving the Bluejays to 9-5 on the season including 3-0 in Big East play.
Jasen Green scored a career-high 23 points, Austin Swartz nearly matched him with 22, Isaac Traudt added 16 and Nik Graves chipped in 11 points and five assists off the bench as the Bluejays knocked down 13 3-pointers at a 40.6% clip.
Up next for Creighton is road swing as the Bluejays will head to Seton Hall on Sunday looking to extend its winning streak even further.
